Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to absolutely love your Lumalamp. If you're not completely happy, we’re here to help:

🔄 Eligibility & Timing
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.

  • Please note: No cancellations once an order is placed, but we’re happy to assist with any issues.

📦 Return Conditions
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product shows damage or wear, the customer covers any decrease in value.

🔁 Exchange & Refund Process
  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via our online form below or by email. Include the order# and email address.

  • Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided with the RMA.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days, and we’ll notify you by email.

🚫 Exceptions & Final Sale Items
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale-priced items are FINAL—no returns or exchanges.

  • Handmade items may exhibit slight imperfections, which aren’t considered defects.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll guide you through a replacement or refund process—standard shipping back to us is on us, and replacement shipping is on us once the damaged item is returned.
